My dear Yvette, I do believe you have become a curmudgeon in your old age. I read the squabbling as fundamentally good-natured, or at least as good-natured as Artie is inclined to be. Besides, are not meaningless arguments and personalized graffiti the very soul of the holidays?

It is still not the nice thing to do, especially when someone is asleep. And very embarrassing for Artie - just because he is unhappy does not mean he should be made fun of like that.
