Yes, sometimes I'm five.

So, new shiny comm for us in-betweeners. Is anyone else looking at their desk and wondering how the hell you managed to juggle everything just fine last year? And that's not even the weird magic shite that's usually taking up at least a corner. For some reason I thought it would be clever to take Russian on officially, instead of the hobby it was last year.

If I hadn't had my teammates beating the crap out of me over the weekend, I'd be thinking of Silver tonight. First week of college is always a big party there, according to Mark.

If you meant "how do I cope with humans and mutants together", the easy answer is "Brighton". They're short on bigotry there.

If you meant "how do you cope with all the noise and crowd and the rest of it?", well, it's hard to explain, but my power sort of gets off on that. Life of the city, all that kind of wank. Clubs have a lot of energy going on, so it tends to give me a buzz.

It's a long story. Except if I give you the version I gave Ange when I met him at the airport. Crazy magic goings-on, is the best I can give you. Everything's fine now, I'm just a bit bruised. And many people owe me drinks.
